Hi all,been following this forum for a while ,,from victoria,,austalia,,you guys have been educating me to no ends,I have a ace 250,thanks to you,also have been finding new and old coins and some relics whith this little wonder all within a few months,,I usally chase gold with another detector and would come across old hut sites and ruins and couldnt detect them noing i was missing there hidden secrets,,but now i can do both and finding im useing the 250 more and more,,thank you all,,Bazza :super:

tigermoth... Bazza... I also hunt for placer in the western USA. I have never been to Australia, but over the past 30-years I have friends that go. Peter Bridge was one of the pathfinders in Australia to use a detector to find gold. As I remember it was one of the early
Garrett "groundhogs." Mr. Bridge was in Victoria Park, Western Australia. I have not heard much about him... I hope all is well with him.

Who knows? While hunting for coins with your 250... you could find a big nugget... There are areas where old-time ferruous iron trash has limited using a gold machine...
