Had a good weekend of detecting ... found my first two Buffalo nickels for 2012 ... 1914 & 1937-D ... 1904 Indian cent ... '42 merc I found today looks like it was minted yesterday .. still has a sharp rim. Handful of wheats ... enjoy !

wow McDave you did a fine job! Was this a park at one time? I see the small diameter trees indicating not all that long ago it was cleared. You have a nice hot spot for some oldies! I enjoyed the video production - Thanks for sharing - Jim

No, this is at the end of a driveway to a 100 or so year old farm. But, there was once a church on the other side of the driveway dead-straight ahead in the photo where the pine trees are now. And to the left, out of the picture is the foundation of an old garage with the same sized diameter trees growing inside of it. And there is still another driveway to hunt here yet. I still have some time left here :detecting:
