Was out hunting this past saturday trying to learn my new MXT.
I found about 50 coins and no gold, I was really out to learn the mxt more than to find anything .
I really like the mxt and can't wait untill I understand its working better.
 
Great start! How many nickels were in that bunch of 50 coins? My gold ring finds have all been 8-12 VDI, but I've only found small nuggets, not big class rings, etc. My nickels generally hit a solid 18.
 
Three nickels were in the bunch.I was using quick start , but I am going out today and try some different settings.
