Finds are from part of Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Barber Dimes are 1892,1899,1899,1904.
Nickels are 1906,1926,1926,1940,1946,1946
Indian Head pennies are 1889,1890,1895,1897,1900.
The barber came from 2 very old parks a couple hours from home. At one park I ran into some very deep signals spread across one side. I went very slow
and pulled 6 old very deep coins out of the park with the newest coin being 1899.
Saturday close to noon I was doing home chores and took recyclables to town and went right past a 1916 school where they had just scraped the
playground to make a parking lot.
I promptly convinced my wife I needed to stop doing chores and hit the school which she agreed and even stopped by to see how I was doing.
The 1910 boy scout coin, old Marines button, 1906 V nickel, 1900 Indian head (right on top the ground), few wheat pennies a ring, some spoons, old token and the large round object came from that school ground. There were a couple other detectorists working the playground also.
Sunday I detected a couple hours from home with "Silver King" who had an outstanding day on silver including 3 mercs in one hole.
I pulled that 1930s presidential coin, the silver ring and some more old coins including the Silver Quarter.
