Weekend Finds From Denver Trip

Well-known member
Finds are from a Denver trip I took this weekend for my nephew's wedding.
A chunk of the finds are from an old downtown city park in Denver.
The others were found at 3 different parks during the trip there and back.
The 20 year service pin is stamped 10k.
The Be Prepared pin has a 1911 pat date on back.

If anybody can help me identify the US button I would appreciate it. It was about 7-8 inches deep and read just like a nickel? which was a surprise
to me. It has to be pretty old.

dimes are 1900,1916,1928,1946,1957,1960
nickels are 1904,1917,1928.
Indian head penny is 1904.

A very nice haul - congrats !

Nice finds for sure. Your U.S. item looks like collar brass worn on the right lapel of an Army "Class A" uniform. The left lapel is for branch insignia such as infantry, artillery, etc. As yours is a one piece, I'd guess WW2 or earlier. Later version came disassembled for ease of polishing.

Nice finds! Great looking pictures. Thanks for posting.
