Weekend finds... finally have something to post :lol:

Well, it was a hot one this weekend... Here's some pics of this weekend's finds:

Some clad, a gold? ring (has a 9 or a 6 stamped in it), 14K pendent, 2 stud earrings, nice lure (for my brother :)), 2 lighters, a big dinkie w/ broken suspension :( and a '45 wheatie if you can believe it...

Here's the ring; the heart in the center is a pinkish gold color:

The pendent (or part of an earring?)... I thought for sure it was a piece of foil; first one I've dug up with those numbers that wasn't junk :)

This stud is a junker; probably was plated at one time:

This stud is .925 and the stone looked really, really good (still does) :lol:

And here's the wheatie; found it fairly deep in the dry sand. Pretty good condition.

As for pennies, in the wet sand I just don't bother anymore (unless I happen to find something next to another target). Too much work digging real deep for a zinc. :)
