Weekend Finds - 1935 Fiji Silver Sixpence / Barber / Indian / Vs/ Buffalo

I decided to take Thursday off and do some coin hunting a ways south before the big storm hit.
Sunday I hunted north with a detecting buddy where the snow hadn't hit and pulled some more finds.
The large coin like item in the middle is an air force tanker fueling wing challenge coin. It read like a shallow half dollar.

I was excited to find the 1935 Fiji Sixpence coin is 50% silver. It gave me numbers like a deep Indian head penny. This is my first Fiji coin.
Barber dimes are 1902, 1916. Mercs are 1919,1930,1942. Roosevelt dime is 1964.
Nickels are 1904,1907,1936.
Indian head penny is 1881.
Wheat pennies are back to 1912.
The lipstick case was fairly deep and has some ornate designs on it.
A special thanks to my wife Terri for cleaning a lot of my finds and taking the pics.

That's a killer weekend. Really like the Fiji silver. That must have been a bit of a shocker coming out of the hole.

Thanks. Yes when I first saw the turtle I thought it was some fake coin. I was expecting an Indian head or some ring, etc.
It must have been mixed with old Canadian coins as we were not super far from the Canadian border.

congrat's on the nice haul of silver and nickel coins and those older foreign coins are always fun to find, plus you got one that is 50% silver.

What a great bunch of finds - congrats !
