Weekend Canada Trip - 1855 French Centimes, Large Cent, Half Dimes And Others

My wife and I stayed a couple nights this weekend in one of Canada's major cities and I got some detecting time in some of the older city parks.
The old 1855 French Coin was on perfect edge and about 8 inches deep. Figure on coin is Napoleon III.
Canadian Large Cent is 1916. Half dimes are 1902,1914. Dimes are US 1898 barber dime (8+ inches/next to a big safety pin), 1914,1917.
Canadian silver quarter is 1952.

Small Canadian cents are 1923 - 1957.
The large brass dog pin has to be old as it was about 10 inches deep. I also found a New $1 coin 1 inch deep so I thought I would post that as well.

The 925 ring, small copper ring ,1889 Indian Head Penny and a few wheat pennies are from a local school after work during the week.

Nice finds!

thanks. Every park I hit had signs of recent detecting. I know this city has had a detecting club for several years. I had to work harder to find silver than years ago.
I had a stretch of 21 pennies without a silver coin.

Nice finds and congrats. Apparently not too many detectorist up in Canada.

Great going on some nice international coins! I believe the white porcelain piece is from a decorative nail head that you would hang art from. These were used during the Victorian era.
