Ohio Fred.....I know what you mean....but its not over till the grounds frozen....I'm still givener.

Also...tip of the day.

Snow can be fun in parking lots once the plows get working. I do well scanning the snow banks.Grocery stores are the best. People just can't be bothered sticking there hands in the cold snow lookin for coins.I believe the batterys last longer in the cold as well.

Cheers !

Yeah we have had beautiful sun shiny days but low temps with about a 30 MPH breeze which makes it colder than a well digger's butt in the Klondike. Too chilly for me and I hate wind, especialy brutally cold wind. Really ticks me off that I can't get out without freezing my buns off.

I know what you mean...... its snowing like heck right now in Ontario
I'll be checking snow banks tommorow.I'll have to take a photo. Is it snowing where you are? I like to keep the detector in the car overnight because if I have it in the warm humid house and than take it outside she fogs up. I've thought about rolling down the window in the car and cruise at a stop & go pace with my left arm hanging on to my 550 as I scan the snow banks but I think the detector would pick up the side of the car. Heck if it worked I could crank up the heat and really cover some ground.:rofl::crazy:
