Boy I got spoiled last few years in upstate NY here, seems like I was hunting well into January at least. This year Im not seeing any recovery from the colder that usual temperatures weve been having recently. It was a good year, I have one last hunt to post. Good Holidays and Good Hunts all, CO

Thanks Osgood..Looks like were going to get more snow this weekend up through the North East section ???? Yep it's 18 degrees right now on the South Eastern side of Lake Erie.

I thought that it was cold here this morning. Weather guessed said 30F when I went out the door to go to the beach. I did concede and put on my Under Armor Cold Gear. Wore a wool shirt part of the day. Temps got up into the 50's but it got windy so the wool shirt got put back on. Dug some Clad, Found a Wallet, one small sterling ring and of course the usual junk. Thankful that I do not live in the Northern section of the world.

George, Hunting in the 50's is marvelous, have dug in 30 degree weather. Just like fishing, the big thing is the wind, thats what takes it out of you and makes for a short day. Send us good reports. CO
