We have to be at the hospital for pre-op tomorrow morning at 9:30am. Brian's surgery is Tuesday at 7:30 am central time. This one is to reduce the tumors in his cheekbones and if he doesn't have too much blood loss they will reduce the tumor pushing his pallet down. Pray that all goes well. These are very risky surgeries because there are 4 major arteries that feed the face and if one gets nicked he could bleed to death on the table or, if he survives, the bone the artery is feeding will die creating major problems. Because the tumors have relocated the arteries as they grow the doctors have to move slowly and cautiously. We have been through this many times and all has been well but...

As you can imagine, we are on pins and needles until we get the all clear call from surgery that all is well. Your thoughts, prayers and support over the years has been a blessing to our whole family, so much so, that I can't put into words how much it has meant to us.

Thank you,

God is still with Brian and each of you, and my prayers are for peace in the midst of the storm with no profuse bleeding! May the hand of our Lord guide the surgeon's hands to do what needs to be done and that all will go well for Brian and the surgeon! Keep faith, Doug, Carol, and Sarah that Jesus is still with you and He is the Great Physician! May God bless and bring you all through again to better times and keep youl in the palm of His hands with comfort, peace and love that everything is in His control! Jesus will never leave nor forsake His own! You are all in His family................soooooo give God praise and the glory that all goes as planned...............even before the surgery and afterwards!

God Bless!
