He got the idea to hook up our web cams at the same time. We were talking using SKYPE and had the webcams hooked up using Yahoo and it worked great.
There was absolutely no distortion on the audio. I could see Carol laying on the couch and his dogs chasing big baloons around the living room. This is great.
It sure is making the world smaller.

I wouldn't mind doing this, but I think my husband would be a bit jealous! Not really jealous, he just is not in to computers and stories and all. But I may try and get the stuff for myself for my birth day! Sounds like ya'll are having fun! You better get those internal codes and sign languages down tho! I read an interview with the company owner in a tech magazine online and he hinted strongly that broadband was the ticket. Two people i know have tried it with dial-up and it worked, but not near as good, there is a delay of several seconds in converation. It may also have to do with computer speed. Don't be afraid to try it tho, its easy to use even for a computer illiterate like me <img src="/metal/html/grin.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":grin">
