Where can I find instructions on waterproofing my ace 250. I saw one post with pics which is helpful but does not explain how I need to go about waterproofing connections.

waterrtight cable glands at www.newarkinone.com
.13 to .19 # 89f2829
.19 to .25 # 89f2830
.25 to .31 # 89f2831

Also you cable splice should be sealed with 3m dual wall shrink tubing. Scroll down to the second section for the dual wall tube. http://www.action-electronics.com/heatshrink.htm?zoom_highlight=l+shrink+tube#Dual

Box is at www.elocknlock.com #hlc313

What else do you want to know?

kenny why 3 cable glands i only see 2 wires. and which sizes fit which wires. also have you considered a way to make pinpoint accessable? how much weight did mod add? how much do you have invested. approx. hours involved.
and the 64 dollar question have you put the machine in the drink yet? and if so how did it hold up?
everything looks really good but i'm not sure about the boxes integrity?

thanks for your time!

Youll need the .250 to fit the coil wire. I gave you the other sizes because I don't know what your headphone cable measures.

[/b][/u] also have you considered a way to make pinpoint accessable?
I did think of that and I could do it. But a larger scoop will solve that problem
[/b]how much weight did mod add? It added about 5 ounces how much do you have invested.About $35.00 approx. hours involved. It took me six beers to do it. That equals to about 2 hours
and the 64 dollar question have you put the machine in the drink yet? and if so how did it hold up?You bet!. But I saw that you have already read about the maiden voyage.
everything looks really good but i'm not sure about the boxes integrity? The box is commercial grade polycarbinate. It's tough. Also it fits the 250 perfect.

thanks for your time!
Your welcome.
