Waterproofing a joey coil

npaisnel

New member
Just bought a joey coil off e-bay, put in a bid and got it, was only really after the WOT coil that I also got. Both for less than a new WOT.

Have been told the Joey is not waterproof.

If this is so, where does water get in? cable gland? or is the housing not sealed ?

Can this just be siliconed up, or is a waterproof gland an option

Any ideas?

Neil
