Waterproof Headphone Repair Parts

I noticed that a plastic nut on my CTX Gray Ghost Underwater Headphones is cracked and the compression insert is not tight against my cable at the opening (oblong).
Are these parts available to the consumer? Seems like a simple and quick repair with the proper parts.
Thank you & HH

What is the thread size on this nut?
Probably suitable http://www.ebay.com/itm/252036435664
or http://www.conrad.com/ce/en/product/532325/Cable-gland-with-strain-relief-with-bend-relief-PG7-Polyamide-Light-grey-Wiska-SKVS-PG-7-RAL-7035-1-pcs

Since the headphones have a lifetime warranty I would send them in and let the professionals fix them. Don't know if working on them yourself would void the warranty.

I checked the warranty and its probably best that I send them in since I'm the original owner.
Thank you
