Water Proof For Boot Cam?

desmond

New member
Just wondering if anyone has ever pulled their plantar facia muscle uner their foot? I did on the Cape about three weeks ago, and have one of those full boot cams on my left leg, almost up to my knee. Anyway I could water proof this? If I get her wet, too much sand and it will smell for ever. Can walk with the boot for about an hour before it gets too sore. Des in Buffalo

You must be getting antsy...or your an addict to MDing..or both!..I can relate....Why not just beach hunt?I still got my boot from a recon ankle job...it doesn't look water ready...GL

Yeah, you're right. Addict would be right too. Buffalo has a pretty limited water time, though last year we had no winter. Good idea with the sand though. Better then nothin. Really kept walking on the foot on the Cape even though I knew I was doing damage. Stupid. Des
