Water hunting this morning ...

... My friend Keith from PA, (who is visiting this week)and I went to Fort Myers Beach this morning.

Water was pond calm and about 65 degrees. Was cold until the sun warmed us up. What an outstanding morning. We detected from about 7:00AM until just about 10:30 ... I had a doctors appointment to go to at noon so we had to leave.

Net results ... Keith found five rings ... 3 cheapie base metal rings, a nice silver ring, and a 10K gold ring that is quite attractive. He also found a couple bucks in change. Photo follows.

No jewelry for me except a piece of a cheap gold plated bracelet and a bobbie pin ... and a couple bucks of change.

This weekend begins spring break here so water detecting should be good ... as well as beach visuals. Here is Keith's gold ring.
