Bought the book, if you can call it a book. It's more like a collection of tips, even numbered as such. Too expensive for what you get.

Most of the info in this collection has been covered in more depth by other writers such as Charles Garrett, Andy Sabisch, and Wallace L. Chandler, in real books.

It does have a couple of how to's on making a floating sifter and a coil steadying bracket which may be of interest but a Web search provides the same information for free.
