Water Hunt Today And That Awful Water Ring Curse Just Won't Go Away.... :(

Was out in the water all afternoon until 6 PM. I found lots of stuff, except a ring. I wish that water ring curse would just go away. I stopped at a place on the way home from the lake and found a 1968 silver dime and an old make-up container with PRINCESS PAT. Stamped on it. The cross was found in the water. No stamps on it, but it could be silver. The cashola finds were plenty with a total of $7.80. It was nice to get in the water again. Oh well.......tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow

You got coin showing over there, which is a good thing. You just have not swung the coil over a ring yet, I assure you. The Mark II will let you know if you get over gold or silver. It's got to be there. How deep are you hunting? Try deeper if you are hunting shallow. A lot of times they will lose the stuff out there deeper. If you are hunting parallel to the edge of the water, try some out and backs, just change up some things and see if you can get something going on a water ring. The cross is nice, found 1 like it at the lake I hunt and it was not marked, but tested silver. Keep pluggin' and don't give up on the water. There is a lot of loot lost there. GH
