Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

I made a trade to a real gentleman Elton for my Explorer Package for a ONE TIME used F-75 Elton bought the new F-75 a week earlier. I seen an ad on the Treasure Depot where this guy Mangano's wanted to trade his MXT with 3 Coils for a F-75. I wanted another MXT so I e-mailed him and ask if he was interested in a trade for a one week old f-75 and he said sure. Anyway I never heard of this guy and asked if he ever traded on here before and he said one time a guy left me good feedback. The trusting guy I am thought I would go ahead and do the deal. So Elton said hey I can just send the F-75 to him and save you some postage if you want and I said great, Thats real generize of you. Also I still have the e-mail that Manganos sent me on his MXT, That said, Has about a year of warrenty left on it and I only used it maybe two weeks. He also said the other coils have covers except the 14 inch excellerator because they don't make a coil cover for it yet. Anyway, Holy S%it I get it in the mail and it is the dirtyest detector I ever recieved and all marred up, So I thought no way this is a detector used for maybe 2 weeks. Like a FOOL I cleaned and waxed it for about 2 hours and was really upset about the deal. The only thing that looked like it could have been fairly new was the 9.5 Coil and it was the new style coil. So the more I thought about it the madder I got and the next morning made a call to Whites and gave them the serial number and asked how much warrenty was left on the MXT. He came back and said Ahhhhh the warrenty ran out LAST MONTH. I said are you sure? He says YES that detector was Purchased in April of 06. I said to myself that RIP OFF Manganos and e-mailed him and told him what I FOUND OUT and I want my NEW F-75 in the MAIL today. Then I called and left messages twice and said you never home or what? Finally he called me and said I will send it out on Monday. Well I could go on and on for another hour, But to keep this kinda short I will end it and say I got my Detector back without the NEW BATTERIES and a Torn up Manual. So be wise people and Watch OUT for Manganos. I see he is trying to trash me on retrading my new F-75 and he's just mad because he couldn't rip me off.

The trusting guy I am thought I would go ahead and do the deal". I replied to your questions and said yeah I've done multiple deals on this forum as well as mytreasurespot and treasuredepot. I also gave him my ebay name so he could look that up to see I have %100 feedback on items costing as much as $20,000. You get the detector and then you say it is the OLD STYLE now you admit is the new style? Then you threaten to have your brother-in-law who knows "Karote" come visit me!?!? What a joke. I would NEVER recommend you to anyone. Heck I wouldn't give you the steam off my piss old man. Anyways, if you plan on dealing with this drunken fool dont' say I didn't warn ya!
 
And this guy registers 18 days ago then starts this? I've been here what ..2 years and almost 150 posts? You all be the judge. As far as emails?!?! He sends me something I NEVER SENT?!?! He add and deletes text in an email and claims to to be the truth? This guy is a full fledge LIAR. And that being said he NEVER sent me my 14" excellerator coil back either?!?!??! So now I'm out shipping on 2 detectors and out over $200 for my coil!
 
Sounds like a missunderstanding and maybe a phone call at the front end might have helped. To jump on someones REP so quick when your not out anything is a bit harsh. Dan
 
You sure know how to try and cover your ass don't ya? Change e-mails good one. You know your Coil is on the way back to ya, It got here 3 days after your so called NEW detector did and will probably show up on Monday just like it did here. Don't say I stole it. I asked you if you knew where Colonial Heights is in Virginia and said My brother-in-law lives there. I just said he Works for UPS and teachs Karote. You said yes that's only 15 minutes from my place. Thats all I said and asked you if you wanted me to have him pick up my detector since you would not send it out on Friday like I said I wanted it done. I was afraid it would come back looking like your MXT you sent me. Yes, The detector you sent me did have the New style coil on it and like I said thats the only thing that looked fairly New. I didn't want to say any thing more about that New style coil, But since I had asked you if it had the New style coil and at the end of one of your e-mails you said BTW it is the New style coil. I just figured you had a New style MXT and just sent the New style coil with an old machine and never thought I would ever call Whites and check to see if it still had about a year of Warrenty left. But I just had to make the call after I cleaned and polished the MXT for 2 hours and it still looked like it was in World War II. Like I said if anyone wants Any of his e-mails, Just ask I have nothing to hide. Elton thought that I should post about him and Warn others so they don't have the same experience as I did and I was not gonna say anything untill Elton sent me an e-mail and said he was trying to Trash me on my last post. If you would have been honest with your MXT, All would have been well. Your just so upset because you never got to keep my New F-75. Also I might add, I am very happy I did tell you that that my Brother-in-law worked for UPS and teach's Karote, I think that might be the Only reason I got my New Detecor back like it was except the New yellow batteries.
 
HAHAHA. What in the world does it matter that your brother-in-law works for UPS and teaches "Karote". ??? Is he not going to deliver my packages to me and come threaten me by breaking a board on his forehead? Again, you have NO proof you sent back my 14" coil and I have not received it. What is funny is I don' t need to trade anything. If I want something I have the resources to go and buy what I want. And I'll do so from now on because of people like you. You backstep as fast as you can trying to cover your butt but you just can't do it. I wasn't trying to trash you on trading the F75 but I AM going to warn anyone even remotely considering doing business with you that you are a crazy drunken fool. Someone like you has to be under the influnence of something to cause you to send email up email asking me where the f75 is after I emailed you on a SUNDAY advising you I was unable to get to my home email until TUESDAY because I had a college class to teach. I know reading all of this is way over your comprehension level so I'll end it .......

One more thing as I re-read your post. I advised you the MXT was one with the new style coil. There are no differences in the MXT unless you are talking about the MXT300 which NEVER came up in our discussions. I advised you I've only use the MXT a total of 2 weeks out of the time I have had it. That is the truth. Then you get on this kick of how "you relic hunters" are hard on your machine. My MXT is in excellent shape. No I don't "polish" my detectors as that is just ridiculous but it looked and functioned as new. Ok I'm done. I think I've done more to prove you are a liar.
 
Let me make this part very clear..( Lutherluke) did as he said on my end of the deal.Machine was perfect in every way.
Machine was shipped as he stated it would be shipped, and packaged perfectly..

I only know Lutherluke wasn't happy with the machine he received..How..he e-mailed me..Yes I advised him contact the other party, and call off the deal if he wasn't happy..And if the equipment wasn't what he was advised it would be. I also in all fairness know Magnanos sent the machine back..How he e-mailed, or PM'd he was going to do that.He did..F75 was returned...


I was a little surprised at the Feedback on Lutherluke...
He was a fine gentleman to deal with as I stated above. Yes, I did in fact suggest Lutherluke post why he called off the deal..Felt both sides should be heard if mud slinging starts... Now,that said, here's my take..I would deal with Lutherluke at any time..No questions asked..
I will also deal with Magnanous, He showed his true colors with returning the machine to Lutherluke.. I FEEL WE HAVE TWO (2) very "decent" men here....and...........................................................................
Maybe a little miscommunication between the two.. I will say, aside from both men feeling bruised a little, both are very Lucky it was each other they dealt with..This whole deal could have turned out far worse. Gentlemen you have my sincere apology if I caused any and I mean any, problems for either of you.
Both men in my opinion are very worthy of dealing with...................and remember any detector, or product is subject to this "Eye of the beholder", what one perceives as excellent, may not be what another See's at all.....Thank you all for reading this, I will not make any further comments other than this..My opinion only.......I would feel you would have o problems dealing with either gentleman...........
