washington button please help

i found a button the according to alberts book names it W.I. 14 a 34mm copper button "eagle and rays". i have searched all over and can't find any other info on it. i am unable to get a good picture of it. but it is definetly the button. can anyone please help me.

Ya ,I think I can help but must have a picture. There are 1000's of buttons and most are very similar.Smallest detail means much.
