I was not trying or did i meen to degrade the CTX 3030 or any owners of this detector, my apologes.

Ditto what ronfin said. Etrac is great, CTX is even better plus it can swim and hold its breath down to 10ft, oh and help you find your way back to a target or out of the woods. And did I mention wireless head phones set up. Brian at minelab has been great to work with as well. So far great coverage and response :biggrin:

Better yet go on and buy a CTX and you will be posting finds in no time along with the rest of us and I don't think that you will ever regret it. It seams that any problems that have been found have been solved my either the dealer or by Minelab in a short period of time and that is all that we can ask for in any machine. The good far out weights the bad by far, in my opinion.
