Hi guys!
Long time no show my findings. Too much work like a little free time. Coming soon show you my latest trips.
A few days ago was my birthday. We meet a few friends in a house in the mountains. This is paradoxical, here in my country to leave the beach you have to start climbing the mountain ... it's all mountain lol
My birthday presents were:
Silver Denarius of Emperor Trajan, dated between 103-110 AD. Beautiful, the most beautiful coin that I had on hand. Trajano was the first Roman emperor who was not born in Italy and also the first born in Hispania.Clik for more Trajan
The next gift was this pair of typical "clogs" shoes of these lands, totally handmade, wood. Ideal for walking on snow, mud or rocky terrain, but these are only for the holidays.
A photo of the nearby mountains. With a black arrow I point the point where it was discovered a few years ago a Roman military camp siege -Monte Cildá-. The red arrow indicates where the castro (name they received the Cantabrian village) Aracilium, besieged by the Romans was. This corresponds to the year 24 BC to 19 BC. under Emperor Augustus.click Cantabrian wars This area can not be detected. Here there was a great battle.
I hope you have fun, thanks for looking.
