Got out this morning with my long time hunting buddy for a quick few hours.
We needed to stay some place fairly closer as his wife had been sick so, we headed to an old standby. Its been fantastic to us over the last decade.
It brought me one of last years favorite the capped bust listed in my sig. The coins this place has and still produces is great. The old coppers are always in great shape to boot.
The weather was nice and the ground was soft. What more could a detectorist ask for eah!
My first dig out of the shoot turned out to be two Indians (89 & 90) in one hole. Then my friend dug a nice 18 Wheat.
In between there was plenty of trash dug. My next and last good dig of the day turned out to be a 1891 IH. Whats the odds three consecutive years.
Well I had fun and we had another good day of hunting.
Here are todays dig pics.
Thanks for looking and HH all.
