My special blend of 1Lb. Lean ground beef and 1Lb. Sweet Italian bulk pork sausage.Grilled over a low fire on a square pan designed for outdoor grilling,there are small holes all across the grilling surface,letting the fat drip out into the fire,leaving behind the very tasty beef/pork combination burger,most of the fat gone into the fire,retaining all the wonderful flavor combination..........:thumbup::drool::clap::cool:.........Soon:BBQ PORK LOIN AND BAKED SPUDS OVER THE FIREPIT!!!!!!!! :cool:.......
