I seen my Dr. Friday. Since my left hip replacement and I've been walking again (2 months),I've lost almost 10 Lbs, my A1C (blood sugar index) is 6.5, under 7 is the goal, my blood pressure is down. Lake Michigan is warming up nicely, will be time soon to 'enter and engage'
with my newly rebuilt Fisher 1280 x, which works BEAUTIFULLY, by the way.....We added another 2 days to our vacation camping up north, now it's July 17-26!! TWO MORE DAYS for what else, but H2O DETECTING(Got to find that first ring for Marcia, I promised it to her!!). In the 80's here right beside Lake Michigan, water's up in the near 70's I guess.
