i knew that warranty was for original owners so i was a little concerned about sending in a used cutlass 2 umax for a "check-up" so sent an email to Robert asking him about it,i think it was i guess i shoulda read more post about how good they are to customers instead of bothering him with an email. i no longer worry about if they will service it for me now. might be a life time customer now
 
You can send your unit in any time for a tune up. This is free regardless if you are the original owner. This doesn't mean however, that if there is a major problem, its free.

Yep got my Cortes in for a screen Replacement which I am paying for and checkup as well as A shadow X2 I need checked out and retuned does not matter if they want to charge me or not worth every penny to me Tesoro is the best ffor me although I am going to breakdown and let my Toltec II go soon and buy a more modern Umax unit Soon trust me I will shed a Tear for the TolTec II
