Warranty transfer

I've searched on this but keep getting conflicting answers. If you have the receipt with date of original purchase good to go. Also if original owner completed "the card" with purchase date and serial # than this also works. Which is correct? Thanks everybody thinking about purchasing a used deus but not sure with no warranty.

The Deus has the warranty - not the owner so if there are 10 owners, the machine is still covered.

As long as you know when the unit was placed in service; i.e., sold initially, you are covered for teh duration of the warranty. Remember that the period was extended a few years ago from 2 to 5 years so if you have an older one, it might be out of warranty - although the updates can still be installed at no cost.
