Most every time I bent down to dig a target, my coil would bend back. I would straighten it up every time I got up. Maybe I had the wire too tight, but I got an internal break in the coil wire of my sniper. Being next to the coil I didn't really have room to fix it. Both insulated wires had a break. I cut the wires off and thought I would run them to the point of contact.

The coil case is epoxied together not meant to be taken apart. The coils in the center are on a spool that has sockets that the bottom and top covers fit into. I got it apart OK. without breaking anything.

There is a hard epoxied filled tube that the wires go through. The wires don't seem to be marked. they both are white with two wires in each. The ground wire must be attached somewhere on the top, because it didn't come through with the other wires. What a mess.
