Monday, Monday, Monday. Had a day full of chores planned. First and worst was truck inspection. Turns out it needed front end brakes which was no surprise. $166 later off to the Laundromat. What else to do while watching my dirty MD duds spin around but some scratch offs. Down 16 bucks, with half a tank of gas, and a stop at the post office I was down 250 bucks and it wasn't even Noon. I needed a detecting fix stat. 2.5 hours at my new spot. 90 clad coins in 2.5 hours which is well above average. Favs of the day pictured. The APC is heavy as heck and marked KPT89. Micro Machine? The religious medal has an odd mark. S Sil. The bale is marked 925. It is very smooth and well worn. I think it must be fairly old. I love finding religious medals especially silver ones. Thanks God! The cell battery was an odd signal.

Now for the last stop of my day at the coin shop. As some of you may recall I am copying one of my MD heroes John and doing coin metamorphosis with my own twist. Just pennies for just silver. I wanted to force myself to dig more pennies. I am still 850 coins shy of my 2007 total but today I passed my penny mark for 2007. I would say I'm digging more pennies. My jar was full of pennies so I traded in 1500 of them for the pictured coins. Not a bad trade in my eyes even though I had to pay tax.

I guess that's everything.
