Wanting a really good minelab for relics. Etrac??

Been using a F75 for yrs. Have tried the Deus didn't care for it. I would like to try a minelab. Would you guys recommend the Etrac ? Thanks.

Having dug a fair amount of deeper iron and misc. targets where "curiosity" made my decision to dig vs. looking for a specific target ID number, I'd say yes, the Etrac will definately serve you well. I own a standard TekneticsT2 which shares some functionality with the F75 and would say I have honestly gone deeper with the minelab and experienced less chatter in difficult ground conditions. On the other hand, I have seen the Teknetics T2 LTD in " boost mode" grab some amazing and deep relics...

Yeah I have experienced some great depth in boost mode. I really like my F75 just wanting to try something different.

I've used an F75 (boosted and non-boosted) for several years... Found lots of items with both...

Purchased an E-Trac a few years back and as utmike said:

I also noticed the stability of the E-Trac over the F75...

I've only taken out the F75 SE maybe 6 times after purchasing the E-Trac... I don't get out as much as I would like,
but 98% of the time I reach for the Minelab...

I have a Etrac and F75LTD2. The E-trac is still one of the best machines to find silver. Using Multi tone with varability set to 29 it makes silver scream out.

I have both... the Etrac is great on coins at depth but not very good on relics...
The F75 rocks on relics...

Just sayin...

Good luck!

These are the kind of posts that just waste time.

So we didn't know right now . Which one is better than other minelab e-trac or fisher f75 because the minelab e-trac have fbs technology and the fisher f75 only still using vlf frequency ...????? We need short answer please.

There is no one better then the other. The F75SE is best at relics the Etrac is best at vdi accuracy and coins at depth... Sorry but you need both... :)

Its like fishing poles, you cant have 1 for all types of fish.... it just doesn't work...

I use my:
Etrac for coins and cherry picking a site
F75SE for relics
Whites MXT All Pro for sports fields

I have multiple coils for each but my go too coil for each is a Detech 13" Ultimate coil on each one.
Hope this helps.

I have the Deus and its my go to relic machine. My Etrac could not keep up in the iron. If I were mainly a coin hunter I would use the Etrac. Relics though, XP Deus and Racer 2 with little coil. FInds the goodies.

I must agree with Makro. Both are very good machines but if I had to pick just one I feel you would have more targets at the end of the day with the E-Trac. HH
