Wanted four, got six - a longer hunt with the Ace 150

Decided to have a longer hunt at the beach today - seven hours. Wanted to find four more rings, so am very happy to end up with six. All silver, some gold in the one second from the left. (got a few junk rings too, one at the bottom of the pic).
2,174 yen in coins.
Zippo lighter.
Italian brand watch with water in it, still ticking though!
The litte guitar? was a surprise due to how small it is.
So, that makes 102 rings so far this year for the 'Japan team'.
Younger son - 20 rings
Elder son - 12 rings
Me - 70 rings
Another reason I wanted to hunt a little longer today is that later this month I'm going to New Zealand (on vacation + business) and will take one of the Ace's along too. Planning a few days around an old gold mining town and rivers (went to the same area last year to do some dredging). Hope to get some old coins and you never know re. the gold. The vacation in Japan at that time is actually called Golden Week......so that could be a good omen?!
So, today was good training for the body and the mind. And the 'human machine' is very much a part of the detecting equation I believe.
That was today from The Land of the Rising Rings.

Wow Ian ,that is a lot of rings. You guys have really done well. Not to mention all the other coins and jewelry. Looking forward to your New Zealand finds and some nice pictures. Thanks for sharing Ian. Happy 100 rings.
