for Excellent service on my Golden Umax ! I recently sent her in cause my threshold knob had bumped up against something and I thought the knob was loose...turned out to be the pod stem! So TESORO didn't mess around and they just replaced the whole pod itself! And gave her a full "going over" and tuned her up for me.
I was walking out to my truck when the UPS man pulled up and said he had a package for me. To my surprise it was the Golden Umax back already! Well I put her together and took her out to my test garden and Man O Man is she ever HOT !!! Depth has increased and the threshold hums like a hummingbird!
Again, I want to say Thank you for making a GOOD product and thanks for the great lifetime warranty and service!
I also recently purchased a SILVER Umax for my son and as a back up.
Anybody considering purchasing a TESORO....Don't think twice! It's an excellent detector, backed up by its company for life and last but not least, It's a good investment made right here in the GOOD OL' USA!
