Want to get a Plugger

I want to get a Plugger 2 piece shaft for my Excalibur II, I'm 6'4"tall and I was wondering if the plugger would be long enough. It says there 39" long and the stock shaft measures 48" .i deffenetly don't want to go shorter then the stock shaft. Thanks for any help with this. HH
 
I just bought the 2 piece shaft from rods_by_plugger on eBay for my excal II and very happy with it. He actually made mine slightly shorter when I told him how tall I was. You can just email him on ebay with your request and I'm sure he'll make one to fit your height. This straight shaft is solidly built with all good parts and does not wiggle at the joints at all once you tighten the fittings. I request to get all s/s buttons for the control and battery pod for a total of 3. I feel the lock bolts option has a chance to come loose in the water and get lost. It was just my preference and he allows whatever type you want. This guy is very easy to work with and communicates well. The 2 piece model allows me to disjoint the middle when putting it into the trunk of my car. It can be put together in less than 2 minutes with all the wires nice and coiled again. It was custom made to my specs and delivered really quick once he knew what i wanted. I think it took only about a week to arrive to Hawaii and may arrive sooner if you are closer.. Hope this helps.

Go to Ebay and look up Rods by Plugger ask him about the lenght as opposed to your height. I have that same rod and I am 5'9" and I think it would be short for you! I also had to change that grip as it's becomes annoying after 6 hrs hunting. I bought a Minelab GT grip and its makes a big difference in your control.
