I have a ADS 7, Is that 15 khz ? I have 4 or 5 coils , hard carry case. I sent it to Garretts had it all gone over, used it one time and put it in the case and it is still there. If it is what you are looking for email me.

Sorry,it's got to be a Groundhog series metal detector. 15 khz. The Deepseekers operate at 5.5 khz.
I included a pic with all I could find on Garrett khz's... I have the remains of a Garrett "Fortune Hunter" I bought years ago for parts... The only reason I mention it... Is It has that same 4 Pin plug socket You're looking for... But I can't find too much info on it.... The Fortune hunter might be a light duty version of the Ground Hog... And may also be a 15 khz. detector....

I'd like to get an early 1980s ADS Groundhog with auto/normal tuning. The Garrett Groundhog had a version before the ADS models...I would call this the pre-ADS Groundhog....when the ADS was incorporated into the Groundhog circuit...it was called a Groundhog Master Hunter. All of these ran at 15 KHZ....Richard Ray's Phantom and the D-Tex Coin King ran at 15 KHZ......what was being called a "Depth Doubler" is actually a Garrett Bloodhound...which converts the Garrett into a 2 box metal detector. Garrett made the Bloodhounds for both the 15 and 5.5 KHZ detectors.
Also looking for a D-Tex Coin King and Money King. Gold Mountain V.I.P. is another model.

What is a bloodhound attachment ??

Pic's ??
