It's sort of reminds me of the NEL SNAKE, or the CORS SCHREW, elliptical, but just a little bigger.

Actually, a perfect size and shape for a DD coil. Obviously, that's why they're all sold out from all the dealers that I see, like the NEL Sharpshooter or the CORS Fortune. The ones mentioned above are the smaller ellipticals. I've been looking for one for my modified XL PRO, but surprised that from what I see, if you can find one currently, XLT (6.59 kHz), they cost as much as my detector.
