Finally found you! I have a Yahoo group that I run with a couple other guys, basically for new detector operators. We have been using your introduction to metal detecting info on our links page, and gotten some nice comments. I just wanted to say thank you for the time and thought that went into your writing. So... Thanks Scott!
By the way, where are you located? Ever get to Madison? Regards, David in Madison
 
Now this is a change -- a post that I dont have to wear flamethrower gear for <img src="/metal/html/wink.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=";)"> Seriously tho, I appreciate the compliment.
I pretty much let the place go to seed last season as far as adding anything new; hopefully this season will be a bit more generous.
I'm in far south Chicagoland. About the only time I get to Madison is on the way to and from The Dells with the family once every few years.
Again, thanks for the good word.
