:yikes:Last fall they pushed a bunch of dirt in a park in my town. I bought an Elite last fall. The ground has thawed out to about 5" deep. I haven't detected for 3 mo. And in about 35 hours this i9s what I found.

The 2 gold rings are 18k
the other rings are .925 silver
The barber quarter is 1899-P
Found about $80.00 IN CLAD
The necklace tested 18k
Not bad for my first week
What I found has already paid for my detector
AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are getting ready to do allot of cleaning and improving an old park. They leveled some dirt last fall, just got my elite last November but winter set in. So this week things thawed out and boy did I have a Field day. I spent about 35 hours in a 45 foot X 80 foot area. I'm glad I did!

great finds...

Awesome indeed! :yikes: Yeah, I would definitely be spending more time hunting that park! WTG :clapping:

I did get out a few hours and found a silver necklace, a big heavy one. I found it in the bottom of a bush in the area.I'll post a pic in a bit and some of the rough terrain I have to deal with. Thanks a lot everyone. We have rain coming in now, but I am going to check out an old stagecoach stop from the 1840's. Mormons established it.And lots of trash to deal with.
