Thanks. I have that and another schematic that I'm looking at. The coil would be positioned at the bottom-there are several walking canes for the more serious handicaps that have such a round support on their bottom end,albeit most of them are four-pronged. I'm not particularly worried about the park rangers. I love to ride the bicycle and you just can't leave things attached to the bike when you go into an establishment-a cane, on the other hand, would look natural if you carried it into the store or whatever,especially since I'm 62. Also, at tot lots I think the BFO would be the best because it has a natural discrimination of small iron nails, paper clips, hair pins, etc. WITHOUT rejecting the smallest of gold items, including small gold chains. I have proved this with my Garrett Hunter (60's model), but it is cumbersome to use,, much less to carry around. HOWEVER, now that you mention it, my mind is thinking of the possibilities of getting into some places that others cannot get into because of such a grand display of equipment.
