Well I hit the mother lode this time, sunburnt and sore as hell. Found this clanger 10K 11.86g and if the blue stone is real I'm keeping it!!!!!!! Face/ stone is scrached up/ wore. Dug and dug and dug....... The small ring next to the dime is nothing special (brass i think) but it was over 7 inches deep and WAS ONLY A RISE IN THE THRESHOLD w/ no ID light. I've just about given up digging any signals that "flick" from anything to iron (red) so far all have been iron crap. Found another old lighter in the blacksand stuff anybody know what time period it's from??
Found quite a few coins and odd jewlery items, but this blue ring is blowing my mind. I'm so exicited, I could barely keep hunting.
If your not using the Supertuning trick your missing good stuff and leaving it for those that are !! ! . Huge thanks to Gobble-Gobble and the rest of you Pirates for all the insight and tips.

Will definitely give this a go as soon as I can get to the beaches R-n-R..I got to find the time to hit those fresh water lakes.
Meanwhile doing some land digs whenever I can..Been retired for a decade , but am busier that when I had a real job
