VX3

Yes. It is a very nice metal detector and has a fast turn around. The controls are easy to use and user friendly. You do not have to go into a menu to make adjustments and re ground balance it. It also has good factory programs you can adjust to your taste. The platform is easy to navigate through. It is a good choice, Tim
 
I really like the V3I in farm fields, with the D2 or 10x12 SEF. The other brand deep seeker doesn't like air or fluffy soil under the coil.

The ability of setting a short RD and the option of small coil choices should make it good in cellar holes. The VX3 can do all the above.
