Hello everyone on the V forum, i just purchased a vx3, 'waiting arrival' and i was wanting to confirm my thoughts that all the accessories that work on the v3i is interchangeable with the vx3, 'there is not a lot of info on the vx3, internet or otherwise that i can find, Thanks anyone for any information.
 
Except for a limited use interface on the VX3, both are the same detector. The owners manual and field report is here if you have not found them yet and there is a lot of information right here if you want to go back and read old posts. Using the Search feature help a lot for specific questions. The VX3 is a very nice detector and I think you will really like it.

Yes, the accessories can be shared, such as the entire set of search coils that work with my MXT Pro and VX3. I usually keep the 5.3 Eclipse mounted full-time on my MXT Pro (used the most in trashier and brushier sites where the 6
 
Thanks Monte, The keep it simple idea is for me, that is my main reason for choosing the VX3 over the V3I, I don't have a great desire for a lot of tinkering but still want a great performer. Thanks again.
