VX3 ???

I just got a Whites VX3, My thought is sens V3i and VX3 have the same Microrroser will the VX3 do more of what a Detector is post to do???
Sens it has 1/2 the Bells N Wistles Like it Has more microproseser power?? Will it Lock on a VDI# Better?? and go Deeper ?? Thanks mickfin,

Nope..... But it will find 98% of what you would find with the v3i. I am thinking about upgrading my wifes dfx to the vx3...... or I will buy the TDI sl.:biggrin:

Although the TDI is a great detector, I only use mine for specialty detecting such as beaches or hunted out sites with little trash. You may get quickly frustrated using it. Get her the Vx3 and wait on the TDI!
 
Everything between the detectors is exactly the same except the user interface. ROB
 
Make no mistake, the VX3 is fundimentally a simplified V3i...further made less versatile. Is that a bad thing? I have used them both and it is not in almost all situations. If you dislike tinkering, it is better than a V3i for you and will land more finds for you. Perceiving it as a downgraded V3i is a half truth.
