On our mini vacation, we went to a few places we had never been. To have had so much loss of life, this was sure a peaceful place to visit.

This is Wilsons creek.
 
I've been to that second place in the Eureka Springs set. Nice country!

a lot of brave men and boys fought on both sides. One of the reasons that young men go into battle is that they think they are bullet-proof. Older men know the danger and aren't as likely to go into unless there's a real reason. I hope you enjoyed and learned from your vacation.
