Vision draws a big crowd in Texas

What a showing the Vision had in it's public debut in Longview Texas. The local news and prospective owners of the Vision kept the questions and those with the answers busy for most of the two day treasure show.

In the first picture Debbie, a local White's dealer from Spurger, TX draws a crowd while doing a demo of the Vision, (It seems to me that two Visions were purchased just from that group of people) and in the second, is a picture of Carl-NC and I showing off the product of many years of work from White's. For those who don't know from previous posts, Carl is the Engineering Manager from White's.

The third picture is a standing room only seminar of the Vision and TDI detectors. The fourth is the booth before opening that is showing off the entire line of White's detectors.

Notice I had my name tag on with Findmall.com........I met many of you down there and had a great time showing off the Vision.

Hello Larry, I was there. I would have liked to have met you and shaked your hand, but I was only there for a few minutes.
It was a bummer to miss out on the seminar, but that's ok. It was such a nice turnout, watching peoples jaws drop over the Vision was worth the trip alone.

I did manage to get some quick and dirty videos of the Vision that Butch and Bob had.

Have a good one, and hope to bump into you next time.

I was there Sunday afternoon right before the close with my 9-year-old son. We loved the show and must admit spent most of it looking at all the great finds on display. The Vision was there, although I didn't ask for a demo or much else about it....I wanted to play it safe and not temp myself! The last thing my marriage needs is a new $1699 detector... Besides I've already combed over all the Vision posts and learned lots there. The White's dealer there said he had sold all the Visions he brought but one. I was glad that they kept the great E-series basic layout and ergonomics, and the matte finish looks cool. That Vision sure looks sweet but will have to wait until prices come down a little. Oh, and everyone at the show was super-nice. Treasure-hunters are some of the best folks around.:)

Larry, I did meet you at Longview. I was also in the Vision/TDI seminar and did video the whole thing.
Haven't looked at the DVD yet to see how the quality is, but if anyone would like to see it, I will try to up-load. Please be patient, it may take a day or two.
We do have Visions in Amarillo and the testing is going on.

Hi John, I remember you. Carl did a pretty good job with both machines. The Vision demo is pretty basic compared to what we know now, but I thought the TDI info was very interesting.
