In the Dayton Diggers Fall Hunt, many Large Cents, Indians and a seated dime were found

Tony. I really enjoyed watching your guys' hunt! Thanks for taking us along. Am I correct, the coins you found in the field were not planted? Those were true finds, right? Those coppers were in great shape for a field!

Nice video and hunt. What is the history of the corn field you all hunted? Seems like an awful lot of coins there.......nge

You are correct Neb all the finds were natural no planted coins. The only planted things were 80 green painted pennies that were near the entrance to the field. There were 80 of them and you redeemed them for a bag that contained an old coin, ranging from silver half dollars to SLQ,s and Indian Heads etc. also included were raffle tickets so the more you found the better your chances in the raffle. Prizes included two detectors and carry bags T shirts etc. After I left a Barber half and a buffalo nickel were found. So it was a nice hunt for everyone.
