Great info there. Thanks for all the info, some day we may have one ourselves.

G/Day bk.
You are making the ATX look better every day.
I had similar results with the Infinium in that the 10 x 14 mono can detect the same size small nugg as what all of the other Inf coils can detect....Except that the big DD is a bit wishy washy on small nuggs.

Yes; you have THE ONLY INFINIUM in the WORLD that will do that! Lol :surprised:

I've learned so much from your videos. You have a knack for simplifying the subject.

As an estimate, what depths do you think the air tested nuggets would be detected at when in the ground?

I wish you lived closer to the coast ( although I don't know where you live. It might be close to the coast) so you could give us a demonstration of how the ATX worked on salt water beaches and what depths it might get.

Thanks for the videos.

Thanks Bearkat!!! It would be nice to see a comparison of the coils on something larger (low conductor), like a one ounce nugget or similar size piece of lead. Heck, even a nickel. Thanks again!

Hi Gold Chaser - Yep that is my very next test on small and large low conductors buried, with both coils. Most likely they will be gold nuggets. The biggest I have are several 1/4 oz'ers. But for bigger I can use a big lead sinker. Just need the rain too stop! Tmro is supposed to better weather here in Southern Oregon.

I will be doing a buried target test soon. I don't live near the beach but I might go to Los Angles this Winter an give the ATX a go there.

you might take a little detour of about 45 minutes if your traveling US 5.I'm about 25 minutes from a beach in Watsonville , CA. that is loaded with black sand. Be a good test.

Thanks for the heads up El...!

Well, make that two. My Infinium with a 10x14 can hear a 0.14 gram if next to the coil. With the 8" mono it is much more sensitive, even fine tiny pieces of wire. The 10x14 DD isn't the best choice IMHO.

I would like to see that...my Infinium with the big DD can only hit a .6 gram nugget for starters.
