Vicki Keplar Good Luck badge

Tony N (Michigan)

Active member
I Googled this badge but can't find anything about it.
On the back it just says Good Luck.
Anyone know anything about it? Thanks.

A common fair, carnival, boy scout, girl scout on site stamped token from 40s-50s.
Vicki Keplar is her name. You might do some searching and track her or her family down.
Is that other writing a address?
Found plenty of similair ones over the last 36 years of detecting.

Cool dig btw, especially if you can reunite it with the owner. :)

I found it at an old school field I used to live next to as a child in the 50's to late 60's.
I searched for a Vicki Keplar for my city and couldn't find her. It could be she was visiting someone here, lost the token and left.
But, yea, that would be cool to find her and give it to her.

She probably misspelled here street name.
There is an 1847 Shoshone Drive in Lancaster, Ohio and it's not too far from the school.

It's either 35 OHSNOHS or 1847 SHONSHO. Or they totally messed up the word Shoshone

I posted a request on my High School class on FaceBook. It's 1847 Shoshone Drive. She didn't live too far from me but
I don't remember. Some classmates knew her and will try to locate her so I can mail her the token.

WHAT CITY AND STATE DID YOU FIND IT IN TONY?

I found it in Lancaster, Ohio. I grew up there. The token was found at a school not far from where Vicki Keplar lived. She went to that school as a child.
I have friends in High School trying to locate her for me so I can send her the token.

I finally tracked down the woman who, as a young girl, had the token stamped with her name and address. She now lives out west.
I hope it brings a lot of happy memories to her. She looks like she is pretty well off by the size of her house by a lake. Interesting how our paths cross through life, huh?
