Vibraprobe interference - Need pinpointer suggestions. What are you using?

I posted this problem several weeks ago when I discovered my vibra probe was driving my F-75 nuts. Well, having sun ray's on my explorers and loving them I was lost. With no sun rays in sight I went and got the pocket Uni probe by Detector Pro. I have it belt mounted and I added a ring clip bracket to hold the wand. I also have a mono ear bud where the wire runs under my shirt and the bud is under one headphone cup. When I get a target it is a simple matter to flip the switch and with the 6 inch depth on the probe very easy to find the target and the freq can be adjusted so that there is no interference with the F-75 and adds no weight to the detector. So far it's a 5 star:clapping:

Sun Rays are nice but then you are locked to only using it on your one brand of detector. With the Uni you can use it with anything at any time, and with the frequency adjust you never have to worry about cross talk. Deepest pinpointer around. I have been using one now for over four years.

I've only used a couple: the Little Wizard II which works great for a inexpensive pinpointer for under $20 and I've used a Pocket Uniprobe for the past year and a half and find I like it best. I tried a Sunray pinpointer but after using the Uniprobe I just couldn't seem to take to it. It was to tied to the machine settings to make it really useful for me.

Good luck!

Mike

The uniprobe is worth saving for it is so great and very deep if you want to have a probe as good as your detector that you can't beat it with a stick.
