Very First Find with CTX-3030, Silver Merc!!!

I finally got to try out my New CTX-3030 in my Front yard today. My House was built in 1916. The first Coin Signal was a 1917-S Mercury Dime in Good Condition. I was out only 10 Minutes when I dug this coin. I have used every Metal Detector that I have ever owned in the last 45 years and missed this coin. It was only 4 inches deep. There was two pieces of rusty Iron in the hole with it. I am Really Impressed with this machine. But not with Minelab right now. The cable to plug my Wireless Headphone into the charging docking station got chewed in half by one of my cats. I called Minelab today to get a new one. They did not have one, And Kellyco did not have one either. So I can not use my Wireless set now. But finding that coin helped sooth over the anger I have with minelab some. If anybody knows where I can get one please let me know. I just wanted to share my First Coin Find with everyone. HH...Jesse,.

If it helps, the cable is just a USB to mini-USB. You can get them at any Walmart, target, best buy, cell phone store...

Jesse - nice Merc - glad you finally found it!!!

As for the cord to charge your WM-10 - any USB to Mini-USB will work - you can pick one up at Radio Shack or a computer store - just bring in the chewed on to match it up and you should be back in business.

What cats :starwars:

Nice Merc!
